Orrick Grows Paris Finance Team

Français: Le bureau parisien d’Orrick se renforce en finance

• Manaf Triqui joins Orrick’s French finance team as a partner.
• He brings deep experience advising investors and issuers in connection with private debt and debt capital markets transactions.
• He also represents investors and fintechs and other growth companies on venture debt issuances, and will collaborate with Orrick’s venture capital team, which ranks No.1 by volume in France and Europe (Pitchbook).
• Manaf previously led the French Debt Capital Markets practices at global law firms.
• He reunites with Aurélien Loric, head of Orrick’s Restructuring team in Paris, with whom Manaf has worked with extensively on restructurings of bond issuances. Manaf is the second addition to Orrick’s European Private Credit team this year, following the addition of Mae Morter in London, and the fifth partner to join the firm in Europe in the past four months.
